2. Products

We offer official MAX Magazine clothing and accessories.

Product descriptions, prices, and available sizes are displayed on the shop page.

Availability is confirmed individually. Minor differences in color appearance may occur depending on screen settings.

3. Prices and Taxes

All product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Before confirming an order, customers will receive the final price, including applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any other charges payable to us.

Any import duties or charges payable separately to customs authorities or delivery providers will be explained before purchase, where applicable.

Currency conversion fees may be charged by the customer's bank or payment provider.

4. Ordering

Orders are initially handled by email.

Customers select a product, size, and quantity and send an order request using the Order by Email button.

We will confirm product availability, total price, delivery arrangements, and available payment methods.

Sending an order request does not automatically complete a purchase.

A purchase contract is formed when the customer accepts the final quotation and we confirm acceptance of the order by email.

Customers can review and correct their order details before confirming their purchase.

Order communication is conducted in English.

5. Payment Methods

Depending on the order and destination, we may offer:

• Bank transfer
• Payment on delivery or upon receipt, where available and agreed in advance

The available payment method will be confirmed before the purchase is finalized.

Payment on delivery is not guaranteed for every destination.

We do not request credit card details by email.

6. Shipping

We intend to serve customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, subject to shipping availability.

Shipping charges, dispatch estimates, and delivery arrangements are confirmed before purchase.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

The MAX name, logos, photographs, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Website Information

We aim to keep product information accurate and the website accessible.

Prices, descriptions, and availability may change. Changes will not affect an accepted order without the customer's agreement or another lawful basis.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer's country or region of residence.
